This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data within my online offering and the associated website, functions, and content, as well as external online presences. Regarding the terminology used, such as "processing" or "controller," I refer to the definitions in Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Contact Details of the Controller:

You can recognize an encrypted connection by the string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.

2. Data Collection When Visiting This Website

When using this website for informational purposes only, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide information, I collect only the data that your browser transmits to my server (so-called "server log files"). When you access my website, I collect the following data, which is technically necessary for me to display the website to you:

  • Date and time of access

  • Browser used

If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information, such as browser and location data and IP address values, to an individual extent. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie.

Some cookies serve to simplify the order process by storing settings (e.g., remembering the contents of a virtual shopping cart for a later visit to the website). If personal data is also processed by individual cookies implemented by me, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR either for the execution of the contract or in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard my legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the site visit.

I may work with advertising partners to help make my internet offering more interesting for you. For this purpose, cookies from partner companies are stored on your hard drive (third-party cookies) when you visit my website. If I work with the aforementioned advertising partners, you will be individually and separately informed about the use of such cookies and the scope of the respective data collected within the following paragraphs.

Please note that you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your inquiry, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

5. Data Processing When Opening a Customer Account and for Contract Processing

In accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to me for the execution of a contract or when opening a customer account. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. Deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the controller. I store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After the complete execution of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data on my part has been reserved, about which I will inform you accordingly below.
