WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The production time is between 20 and 30 business days. This may vary during periods of high order volume. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS WASHABLE?

The rope collection (excluding products with leather) is machine washable. Please use a laundry bag and wash at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. Remove all attachments before washing.

ARE ALL ROPES AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT ROPE DIAMETERS?

No, not all ropes are available in different diameters. However, some ropes are offered in various thicknesses. You can find the available rope diameters listed in the bottom right corner of the image during color selection.

ARE THERE MATERIAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ROPES?

Yes, there are differences in materials between climbing rope and sailing rope. Sailing rope is softer and lighter compared to climbing rope. Sailing rope maintains similar strength but has a more delicate surface than climbing rope, which is firmer and has a better grip. I recommend considering whether you prefer something lightweight and soft – in which case sailing rope would be perfect for you and your dog – or if durability is more important, in which case I suggest choosing climbing rope.

MAY MY DOG USE THE PRODUCTS IN WATER?

It depends on the product you choose. The rope collection is suitable for water-loving dogs. However, please note that only stainless steel fittings are suitable for saltwater. Even for freshwater, I recommend stainless steel. Additionally, there should be no leather trim on your product.

Leather products are not suitable for bathing and should be removed before exposure to water.

A CARABINER IS BROKEN. WHAT NOW?

A leash is a utility item, so it's possible for a carabiner to break. However, you don't need to throw away your leash! In most cases, I can replace the carabiner for you. Please contact me via email for further assistance.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

All Rudelwohl products are lovingly handcrafted to measure and made to order for you and your dog. Unfortunately, this means they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

MY DOG IS STILL GROWING. DOES IT STILL MAKE SENSE TO GET A COLLAR?
 

I have a wide selection of adjustable collars in my range. These are excellent for young dogs as they can be adjusted by up to 5 cm. 

For puppies, however, I would recommend starting with an inexpensive off-the-shelf collar. Puppies grow so quickly that it would be a shame to invest in a high-quality collar right away.
